By booking our designated driver services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Vehicle Requirements & Insurance

The client certifies that the vehicle to be driven is in safe operating condition, legally registered, and covered by a valid, active comprehensive insurance policy. The client’s insurance remains the primary coverage in the event of any traffic incident or vehicle damage.

2. Right to Refuse Service

The driver reserves the right to refuse service if the vehicle is deemed unsafe, illegal, or if the environment poses a direct safety risk to the driver.

3. Pricing, Cancellations, and Payments

* Standard Rates: Fees are calculated at LKR 2,500 for the first 10 km, and LKR 100 for each subsequent kilometer.

* Out-of-Colombo Charges: For journeys originating or terminating outside Colombo city limits, a variable location surcharge will be explicitly communicated and agreed upon prior to dispatching the driver.

* Settlement: Payments must be fully settled immediately upon the completion of the service via cash or agreed digital payment methods.
